s3v3n3 Tools work in most Unity Versions and only require standard Unity features. They support Built-In, URP and HDRP pipelines using almost entirely Unity basic Lit Materials.
Scene Builder is a free utility to quickly setup your scene for a nice preview of your work. It is not required to use the other tools but it is free and you may find it helpful for quickly getting started.

Road Builder is available for purchase and is an Editor Add-On that will build a nearly infinite variety of Street Layouts that make sense. There are many options besides the basic Road Layout feature. You can even add your own models or edit the existing models to suit your taste.
Roads layouts are created in your scene in seconds and can be removed or saved quickly. Models generally have low poly counts and are very frame count friendly so can be used for almost any application desired.

Taxi Trouble is a puzzle game where your Taxi begins driving and you must slide the road pieces into place to direct the cab to pick up passengers. Avoid enemies and obstacles while picking up passengers from each stop. Complete the level before running out of fuel and shoot for a top time.
